Capture Recorder 是截图、录屏、编辑与导出工具。扩展会处理您选择的内容，其中可能包含个人信息，不能理解为“不处理个人数据”。扩展不向开发者上传截图、录像或录音，不提供账户、云同步、广告、分析或追踪服务。
仅在您主动操作并获得必要的浏览器/系统许可后，扩展访问选定网页、屏幕、窗口、摄像头、麦克风或来源音频。它也处理主动导入/粘贴的图片、编辑内容、名称、时间、尺寸及来源标签页标识/URL 等必要任务元数据，不持续收集浏览历史。
作品、草稿、缩略图、录制分片和任务记录保存在扩展的 IndexedDB；偏好保存在 chrome.storage.local。待下载的转换副本可能暂存在页面内存。作品保留到手动删除、扩展数据被清除或扩展被卸载。中断分片可能为抢救而保留，抢救无法继续原录制；完成录制后会尝试清理临时分片，清理失败可能残留。任务等运行记录可能保留到扩展数据被清除。存储提醒不会自动删除作品。
下载文件是独立副本：下载不会删除浏览器作品，删除作品不会删除下载文件。请自行备份重要内容并管理下载目录。扩展没有自行实施媒体加密，不是加密保险箱。设备安全和浏览器存储可用性仍会影响数据安全。
摄像头、麦克风和屏幕共享按浏览器/系统授权处理；录制控制页必须保持打开。无全站内容访问权限或后台上传。点击“联系作者”交由邮件应用处理；您自行发送的邮件及内容由作者与邮件服务商处理，用于回复支持或隐私问题，并按解决问题的需要保留。可邮件请求删除，请勿发送不必要的敏感内容。不会自动附加或发送作品。
通过 Chrome API 获得的数据仅用于声明的用户功能，遵守 Chrome Web Store 用户数据政策及 Limited Use 要求，不出售、不用于广告或信用评估。开源组件许可随扩展附带。重要政策变更将在本页和版本说明披露。
仅在您主动点击支持链接时，扩展在新标签页打开作者的 Ko-fi 页面，不自动附加或上传截图、录像或录音。访问与支付由 Ko-fi 及其支付服务商按各自政策处理，可能涉及连接信息和您主动提交的信息。作者可能收到您选择分享或平台向收款人提供的支持记录，用于处理相关支持事务；如需询问或请求删除作者持有的信息，请联系作者。第三方持有的数据请向相应服务商提出请求。支持完全自愿，不影响任何功能。
Capture Recorder handles user-selected media and content that may include personal information. After user action and applicable permission, it accesses the selected page, screen, window, camera, microphone or source audio, imported/pasted images, edits and necessary names, timestamps, dimensions and source tab identifiers/URLs. It does not continuously collect browsing history. It does not upload captures to the developer and has no account, cloud sync, advertising, analytics or tracking service.
Media, drafts, thumbnails, chunks and task records use extension-local IndexedDB; preferences use chrome.storage.local. Conversion copies may remain in page memory. Items remain until manually deleted or extension data is cleared/uninstalled. Interrupted chunks may remain for recovery, which cannot resume recording. Temporary chunks are cleaned after successful recording where possible; failures may leave remnants. Task records may remain until extension data is cleared. Storage reminders do not delete items.
Downloads are independent copies. Downloading does not remove browser copies; deleting browser copies does not remove downloads. Back up important content. The extension does not implement its own media encryption and is not an encrypted vault.
activeTab enables user-triggered page access; scripting enables selection/full-page capture; storage saves preferences; tabCapture records the selected tab. Camera, microphone and screen sharing need applicable browser/system permission. Keep the recording control page open.
Contact links open your email application. Emails you choose to send are handled by the author and email provider to respond to your request and retained as needed to resolve it; contact the author to request deletion. Do not include unnecessary sensitive information. Captures are never automatically attached or sent.
Chrome API data is used only for declared user-facing functions under Chrome Web Store User Data Policy and Limited Use requirements, not sold or used for advertising or credit assessment. Only when you choose the support link does the extension open the author’s Ko-fi page in a new tab. It does not automatically attach or upload images, video or audio. Ko-fi and its payment providers handle visits and payments under their own policies, which may involve connection information and information you submit. The author may receive support records you choose to share or the platform provides to recipients, for support-related administration. Contact the author about information they hold or to request deletion; contact the relevant provider about data it holds. Contributions are optional and do not affect any features.
ユーザー操作と必要な許可に基づき、選択したページ・画面・ウィンドウ・カメラ・音声、読み込んだ画像、編集内容、名前・日時・元タブの識別子/URL 等の処理情報を端末内で扱います。個人情報が含まれる場合があります。継続的な閲覧履歴の収集、開発者への自動送信、クラウド同期、アカウント、広告、分析、追跡はありません。
作品・下書き・録画断片・サムネイル・タスクは IndexedDB、設定は chrome.storage.local に保存します。変換コピーはページのメモリに残る場合があります。作品は手動削除、拡張データ消去またはアンインストールまで保存されます。中断断片は復元のため保持されますが、録画再開はできません。完了時の一時断片削除に失敗すると残る場合があり、実行記録は拡張データ消去まで残る場合があります。容量通知による自動削除はありません。
ダウンロードとブラウザ作品は別コピーで、片方の削除は他方を削除しません。重要な内容はバックアップしてください。独自のメディア暗号化は実装していません。activeTab は操作対象ページへのアクセス、scripting は選択/全ページ撮影、storage は設定保存、tabCapture はタブ録画に使用します。画面共有・カメラ・マイクはブラウザ/OS の許可に従います。録画操作ページは開いたままにしてください。
連絡リンクはメールアプリを開きます。送信したメールは作者とメールサービス提供者が返信・問題解決のために必要な期間扱います。削除依頼もメールで受け付けます。不要な機密情報は送らないでください。作品の自動添付/送信はありません。Chrome API データは Chrome Web Store User Data Policy と Limited Use 要件に従い、宣言された機能にのみ使用し、販売・広告・信用評価に使用しません。重要な変更は本ページと更新情報に記載します。連絡先：jing.wy1212@gmail.com。
